Full Cancellation Policy – Direct Website Bookings Only

This policy applies exclusively to bookings made directly through the official website of Number One Townhouse.

Free Cancellation Period

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival: You will receive a full refund, issued to your original payment method.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: The total cost of the reservation will be charged. No refund will be provided.

• No-shows: If you do not arrive on the day of your reservation and fail to notify us, the full amount will be charged with no refund.

Early Departure

If you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, the full original amount will still be charged. We do not offer refunds for unused nights.

Non-Refundable Reservations

Some promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable. These bookings cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified, regardless of when the cancellation request is made.

Cancellations are only valid once confirmed by us in writing. The effective cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.

Legal Compliance

This policy is fully compliant with Irish consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022, and the guidelines issued by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
